Delivery information
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment clearance.
Please allow up to 10 working days (slightly longer for remote areas) for delivery.
It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to order, purchase or take delivery of alcohol.
All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia, including post office boxes.
We do not export overseas.
If the person accepting the delivery is out please leave delivery instructions (for example leave by back door)
Please note we cannot accept instructions to contact you as couriers can not call before delivery.

Refund information and Liquor Act
We do not refund. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made Andrew Harris does not accept cancellations.

Liquor Act 1982
It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Currency:
All transaction are processed in AUD

Customer Service:
If due to some unforeseen circumstances we are unable to supply the goods ordered/purchased then we shall contact you (the customer) within 2 business days to make alternative arrangements, refunds, back orders etc.
